Sorry if I my explanation is a little confusing. As they add more area, you will use 50 grid cubes for roads compared to 52 grid cubes for roads that will cover the same amount of your map. The horizontal or vertical methods will both work but if they open up another expansion like they did for the last one, the land to the right (opposite side of the grid from the airport), then the best road layout is like I have mine now. If you want the most growth there are really only two ways to run your roads. While SimCity BuildIt has city building and simulation elements to it, it is geared as a social experience more than anything else. I set my city up to minimize the amount of land taken up by roads. This is a community for the EA mobile game Simcity BuildIt. I was increasingly frustrated in last year or so since I used up all my possible expansion slots and essentially got stuck with no room to expand. I have 7 nuke power plants and random windmills in my city with no real place to put any more services. SimCity BuildIt Initial build & layout My approach to starting up new city, up to Level 16 by Aleksandar Vaci 9 minute read I’ve been playing SimCity BuildIt for years now. Green valley is our next quest, should be able to get over 5.4 mil due to layout, use of manors, and some omega. The 3rd is only worth if you have a decent amount of simcash. I personal never build more than 3 because they become so much expensive. I tear down regular skyscrapers and Parisian skyscrapers to build London, Tokyo, and epic buildings and my service needs continue to rise. 7th: 8k 8th: 8k 9th: 8k To build all Maxis Manors you need a total amount of 55k simcash. 6 million does not seem possible because the higher population skyscrapers require more sewer, water, power, etc. I am almost to the 5 million mark which is probably going to be my max until more land opens up. With all that in mind, my take is: I do want at least one Maxis Manor somewhere in the future, but just not yet.I don't have a layout guide, I do have a city anyone can see. ![]() I have 1150-ish SimCash, spending 1k on MM leaves 150.I have not maxed out my shop production slots yet, and I want the landmarks for upcoming season, so I figured 150 SimCash is too little. So in that respect I don't really need a MM either. I'm not aiming at max population, but more along the lines of nice and with that in mind I'll probably want to add f/p/h small and large as well. I like them and combined with a small fountain park, they cover a nice 4x4 in the centre of a grouping of buildings. Between feeder and main city I guess I'm reasonably well covered in respect to VU items.Īs for the replacement of the f/p/h: So far I've build my city only using the small f/p/h. Currently 16 batt, 22 glove and 40 remote's in storage and that's after using 12batt, 16glove and 21remote in last week and current CoM. However, I don't have a problem with VU items. ![]() I read a couple of older threads if MM is worth it, and the general consensus seems: "Yes, because it's only 2x2 footprint replacing the bulky f/p/h and it offers VU items on a daily base". Last week I got lucky and managed to end 6th in Megalopolis, giving me 750 SimCash, which brought me over the magical 1k SimCash barrier.but then I started wondering if MM was really worth getting: ![]() Posts about cheats, exploits or hacks are never allowed.įor months I've been slowly saving up with the specific goal to get a Maxis Manor.FB fan group has groups for trading, chatting, and club searches.Posts that are about Mayors Club recruitments or requests, trade, and other socially interactive purposes should be posted in the sister subreddit, /r/SCBuildIt_Classifieds, reserving this main sub for information, news, discussion, screenshots, tips, tutorials, and other content directly about the game itself.r/SCBI_Buildings archive of all limited time buildings.Guides / Wiki player written guides to share tips and tricks.SCBI Discord join to chat with other mayors, trade, and make friends. This is an unofficial subreddit for the mobile Freemium game by EA and Track Twenty. ![]() Check out our flair options above!
